A few years ago, I was suffering from anxiety. Everything felt like too much and my brain wouldn't switch off even when I really needed it to.

Then, almost by chance, I discovered The Zentangle® Method, and it completely changed my life.

Not overnight, and not in some dramatic way. But over time as I spent more time doing Zentangle, I realised how genuinely calm I felt.

That's why I created this course. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and like you're constantly juggling too many plates. I also know that Zentangle works - not because it's magic, but because it's simple, structured and accessible to everyone.

Do you think you can't draw? Have you lost your passion for creating? Does the idea of "art" feel intimidating or out of reach? If any of this sounds familiar, this course is for you.

£40 for lifetime access.

The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It was created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. "Zentangle" is a registered trademark of Zentangle, Inc. Learn more at zentangle.com.
